new great idea!

Last week my sister had a great idea, she told me "hey, you should make those bags in school colors" so now i am! :) i am very excited for the new color scheme (i will still make the funky ones). 

sadly the Mindy Mae  market has been canceled due to some personal and timing problems for the owner.

There is so much fabric in the world and i think there is a good portion of it in the craft room in my house,

 i have just recently moved to i have not been able to sew much with all the bedroom changes and the

 furniture moving but i will have enough to sell at the next mindy mea market!!! hope to see you there! (details

you are one amazing person!! i sold 2-3 backpacks and had lots of fun talking to other vendors about there businesses i guess even selling one is great for a first timer like me so i am happy for that! 


i will be able to buy more fabric once i get my paypal card in the mail and i will be more officiant with the sewing because Dec. 9th (a.k.a my birthday) i got a portable sewing machine that Martha Stewart likes

red light, geen light

Yesterday i got an email saying that the light is green for

Mindy Mae's Market!!!!!!! i will be selling  the backpacks on Dec. 4th and 5th 

that is a Friday and a Saturday!!!!! i don't really know where yet i have to Sign  the contract then they will tell me :) so i am excited and i hope someone is looking at my blog so i get the word out!!!!

 This morning I was watching a TV show with my mom that showcased "talent in the Davis County".

This lady started up this traveling boutique where you can buy locally made crafting items for you and your home.

I have applied  to sell my bags there, so hopefully that will work out.

I hope it will get my stuff up and going!!!! :)

Hello world!

Ok so this year I made backpacks for all the young women and leaders in my church.
My mom is OBSESSED with facebook and put pics. of them on there and one of her friends said "Hey you should sell those in fact I will buy one".
So that is exactly what I am doing! yay!!! (I am also knitting washcloths so give me few months to get them going before I put them up for sale.)
